Default Enabling Metro Snap with lower resolution displays

Metro Snap only works if your resolution is higher than 1366×768.
If you have a 1280 width resolution then you have to force enable Metro Snap.

There are 2 ways to do so:

    1) Registry edit:
    Add a new key in: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\ImmersiveShell
    Name the key "AppPositioner"
Create a new DWORD in AppPositioner, called AlwaysEnableLSSnapping
    Set its value to 1
    Restart.

    2) Windows snap enabler program
